How to perform this exercise

  1. Sit on the floor or grip parallel bars or rings.
  2. Press through your hands to lift your entire body off the ground.
  3. Extend both legs straight out in front of you, parallel to the floor, forming an L shape.
  4. Hold this position for the desired duration.
  5. Keep your core tight and legs together throughout.
  6. Lower down in a controlled manner.
