How to perform this exercise
- Sit on the floor or grip parallel bars or rings.
- Press through your hands to lift your entire body off the ground.
- Extend both legs straight out in front of you, parallel to the floor, forming an L shape.
- Hold this position for the desired duration.
- Keep your core tight and legs together throughout.
- Lower down in a controlled manner.
