How to perform this exercise

  1. Hold a jump rope handle in each hand with the rope behind your feet.
  2. Swing the rope forward and jump over it with both feet as it passes under.
  3. Land softly on the balls of your feet with a slight bend in the knees.
  4. Work up to 3-5 minute continuous rounds.
