How to perform this exercise
- Set both cable pulleys to the lowest position and place an incline bench between the two stacks.
- Sit on the incline bench and grip one cable handle in each hand.
- With a slight bend in your elbows, bring your hands upward and together in an arc, meeting above your upper chest.
- Squeeze your upper chest at the top of the movement.
- Slowly lower your hands back to the starting position along the same arc.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
