How to perform this exercise

  1. Set both cable pulleys to the lowest position and place an incline bench between the two stacks.
  2. Sit on the incline bench and grip one cable handle in each hand.
  3. With a slight bend in your elbows, bring your hands upward and together in an arc, meeting above your upper chest.
  4. Squeeze your upper chest at the top of the movement.
  5. Slowly lower your hands back to the starting position along the same arc.
  6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
