How to perform this exercise
- Stand on one leg with a slight knee bend.
- Hinge slightly at the hip and extend the free leg behind.
- Rotate your pelvis, dropping the hip of the raised leg toward the floor.
- Then rotate back up so that hip rises.
- Repeat the rotation movement, keeping your standing leg stable.
