How to perform this exercise

  1. Stand on one leg with a slight knee bend.
  2. Hinge slightly at the hip and extend the free leg behind.
  3. Rotate your pelvis, dropping the hip of the raised leg toward the floor.
  4. Then rotate back up so that hip rises.
  5. Repeat the rotation movement, keeping your standing leg stable.
