How to perform this exercise
- Sit in the hip adductor machine with your back against the pad and legs outside the pads.
- Adjust the starting position so your legs are spread wide.
- Squeeze your legs together against the resistance by contracting your inner thighs.
- Hold briefly at the closed position.
- Slowly return your legs to the wide starting position for 3-4 sets of 12-15 reps.
