How to perform this exercise

  1. Sit in the hip adductor machine with your back against the pad and legs outside the pads.
  2. Adjust the starting position so your legs are spread wide.
  3. Squeeze your legs together against the resistance by contracting your inner thighs.
  4. Hold briefly at the closed position.
  5. Slowly return your legs to the wide starting position for 3-4 sets of 12-15 reps.
