How to perform this exercise
- Set a cable pulley to the highest position and attach a single handle or rope.
- Stand or kneel facing the machine, grip the handle with both hands.
- Pull the handle downward and toward your lower abdomen, driving elbows down and back.
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the end of the pull.
- Slowly return to the starting position with arms fully extended overhead.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
