How to perform this exercise

  1. Set a cable pulley to the highest position and attach a single handle or rope.
  2. Stand or kneel facing the machine, grip the handle with both hands.
  3. Pull the handle downward and toward your lower abdomen, driving elbows down and back.
  4. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the end of the pull.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position with arms fully extended overhead.
  6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
