How to perform this exercise

  1. Hang from a pull-up bar with an overhand grip, arms fully extended.
  2. Brace your core and raise your knees upward, rotating them to one side as you lift.
  3. Bring your knees up toward the opposite elbow.
  4. Lower back to the starting position.
  5. Alternate sides each rep.
