How to perform this exercise

  1. Start in a push-up position and lower your body completely to the floor.
  2. At the bottom, lift your hands off the floor briefly.
  3. Place your hands back and press your body back up to the top.
  4. Perform 3 sets of 8-15 reps, resetting fully at the bottom each rep.
