How to perform this exercise

  1. Kneel with your right knee on the floor and left foot forward in a lunge position.
  2. Place your right hand behind your head with elbow pointing out.
  3. Rotate your right elbow downward toward your left knee.
  4. Then open it up to the ceiling as far as possible.
  5. Repeat 10 times per side.
