How to perform this exercise
- Kneel with your right knee on the floor and left foot forward in a lunge position.
- Place your right hand behind your head with elbow pointing out.
- Rotate your right elbow downward toward your left knee.
- Then open it up to the ceiling as far as possible.
- Repeat 10 times per side.
