How to perform this exercise
- Kneel on one knee perpendicular to a cable machine set at chest height.
- Hold the cable handle at your chest with both hands.
- Press the handle straight out in front of you.
- Hold for a moment, then return to your chest.
- Complete all reps before switching sides.
