How to perform this exercise
- Stand inside the hack squat machine with shoulders under the pads and feet on the platform.
- Place feet shoulder-width apart with toes slightly turned out.
- Unhook the safety handles and lower by bending your knees to 90 degrees or below.
- Drive through your heels to extend your legs back to the starting position.
- Perform 3-4 sets of 8-15 reps.
