How to perform this exercise

  1. Stand inside the hack squat machine with shoulders under the pads and feet on the platform.
  2. Place feet shoulder-width apart with toes slightly turned out.
  3. Unhook the safety handles and lower by bending your knees to 90 degrees or below.
  4. Drive through your heels to extend your legs back to the starting position.
  5. Perform 3-4 sets of 8-15 reps.
