How to perform this exercise

  1. Stand with feet wider than shoulder-width and squat low, touching the floor with your hands.
  2. Explosively jump forward, landing softly in the same wide squat position.
  3. Immediately lower your hands to the floor and repeat.
  4. Perform 10-15 jumps per set.
