How to perform this exercise

  1. Step onto the elliptical machine and grip the moving handlebars for full-body engagement.
  2. Warm up at a comfortable pace for 3-5 minutes at low resistance.
  3. Increase resistance and pace to a high-intensity level for 30-60 seconds.
  4. Recover at a low pace and resistance for 60-90 seconds.
  5. Repeat the high-intensity and recovery intervals for 10-20 rounds.
  6. Drive through the handlebars during high-intensity intervals to engage your upper body.
  7. Cool down with 3-5 minutes at a slow, easy pace.
