How to perform this exercise
- Step onto the elliptical machine and grip the moving handlebars for full-body engagement.
- Warm up at a comfortable pace for 3-5 minutes at low resistance.
- Increase resistance and pace to a high-intensity level for 30-60 seconds.
- Recover at a low pace and resistance for 60-90 seconds.
- Repeat the high-intensity and recovery intervals for 10-20 rounds.
- Drive through the handlebars during high-intensity intervals to engage your upper body.
- Cool down with 3-5 minutes at a slow, easy pace.
