How to perform this exercise
- Stand holding a dumbbell in each hand in front of your thighs, palms facing your body.
- Explosively pull the dumbbells upward, leading with your elbows flaring out to the sides.
- Pull until your elbows reach shoulder height and the dumbbells are at collarbone level.
- Lower the dumbbells in a controlled manner back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
