How to perform this exercise

  1. Kneel and sit back on your heels, then fold your torso forward over your thighs.
  2. Extend your arms forward along the floor or rest them beside your body.
  3. Let your forehead rest on the mat and breathe deeply.
  4. Hold for 30-60 seconds, relaxing deeper with each exhale.
