How to perform this exercise

  1. Sit in the chest press machine and adjust the seat so the handles are at chest height.
  2. Grip the handles with palms facing down or forward depending on the machine.
  3. Press the handles forward until your arms are nearly fully extended.
  4. Squeeze your chest at full extension.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position for 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps.
