How to perform this exercise
- Sit in the chest press machine and adjust the seat so the handles are at chest height.
- Grip the handles with palms facing down or forward depending on the machine.
- Press the handles forward until your arms are nearly fully extended.
- Squeeze your chest at full extension.
- Slowly return to the starting position for 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps.
