How to perform this exercise
- Begin on all fours with wrists under shoulders and knees under hips.
- Inhale and drop your belly, lifting your chest and tailbone (cow position).
- Exhale and round your spine toward the ceiling, tucking chin and tailbone (cat position).
- Flow between both positions for 10-15 repetitions.
