How to perform this exercise

  1. Begin on all fours with wrists under shoulders and knees under hips.
  2. Inhale and drop your belly, lifting your chest and tailbone (cow position).
  3. Exhale and round your spine toward the ceiling, tucking chin and tailbone (cat position).
  4. Flow between both positions for 10-15 repetitions.
