How to perform this exercise
- Load a cambered (arched/bow) bar on a bench press rack.
- Lie on a flat bench and grip the cambered bar at the bent sections.
- Unrack the bar and hold it above your chest with arms extended.
- Lower the bar to your chest — the camber allows a deeper range of motion than a standard barbell.
- Press back up to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
