How to Do Cable Y-Raise — Form, Muscles & Tips

How to perform this exercise
- Set two cable pulleys to the lowest position.
- Stand between the stacks, gripping one handle in each hand, arms extended in front.
- Lean forward slightly at the hips.
- Raise both arms upward and outward at a 30-degree angle forming a Y shape above your head.
- Hold briefly at the top.
- Slowly lower back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
