How to perform this exercise

  1. Set two cable pulleys to the lowest position.
  2. Stand between the stacks, gripping one handle in each hand, arms extended in front.
  3. Lean forward slightly at the hips.
  4. Raise both arms upward and outward at a 30-degree angle forming a Y shape above your head.
  5. Hold briefly at the top.
  6. Slowly lower back to the starting position.
  7. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
