How to perform this exercise
- Stand at a cable machine with the pulley at the top and attach a straight bar or rope.
- Grip the attachment and hold your elbows at your sides.
- Push the bar or rope downward until your arms are fully extended.
- Squeeze your triceps hard at the bottom.
- Allow your forearms to rise back up while keeping your elbows fixed for 3-4 sets of 12-15 reps.
