How to perform this exercise

  1. Stand at a cable machine with the pulley at the top and attach a straight bar or rope.
  2. Grip the attachment and hold your elbows at your sides.
  3. Push the bar or rope downward until your arms are fully extended.
  4. Squeeze your triceps hard at the bottom.
  5. Allow your forearms to rise back up while keeping your elbows fixed for 3-4 sets of 12-15 reps.
