How to perform this exercise

  1. Set a cable pulley to the lowest position and attach a single handle.
  2. Grip the handle and hinge forward at the hips so your torso is nearly parallel to the floor.
  3. Keep your upper arm close to your side and parallel to the floor, elbow bent at 90 degrees.
  4. Extend your forearm back until your arm is fully straight, squeezing the tricep.
  5. Slowly return the forearm back to 90 degrees.
  6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions then switch sides.
