How to perform this exercise
- Set a cable pulley to the lowest position and attach a single handle.
- Grip the handle and hinge forward at the hips so your torso is nearly parallel to the floor.
- Keep your upper arm close to your side and parallel to the floor, elbow bent at 90 degrees.
- Extend your forearm back until your arm is fully straight, squeezing the tricep.
- Slowly return the forearm back to 90 degrees.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions then switch sides.
