How to perform this exercise
- Set a cable pulley to the lowest position and attach a straight bar or rope.
- Stand facing the machine, grip the attachment with both hands.
- Take a step back so there is tension in the cable.
- Hinge at the hips, pushing them back while keeping your back flat and the attachment close to your body.
- Lower until you feel a stretch in your hamstrings.
- Drive your hips forward to return to the starting position, squeezing your glutes.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
