How to perform this exercise
- Set two cables at shoulder height on a cable crossover machine.
- Grab the left cable with your right hand and the right cable with your left hand.
- Stand in the center with arms crossed in front of you.
- Pull the cables apart and out to your sides with a slight elbow bend.
- Squeeze the rear deltoids and upper back, then return with control.
