How to perform this exercise

  1. Set two cables at shoulder height on a cable crossover machine.
  2. Grab the left cable with your right hand and the right cable with your left hand.
  3. Stand in the center with arms crossed in front of you.
  4. Pull the cables apart and out to your sides with a slight elbow bend.
  5. Squeeze the rear deltoids and upper back, then return with control.
