How to perform this exercise
- Set a cable pulley to the lowest position and attach a rope.
- Face away from the machine and hold the rope overhead with both hands.
- Extend your arms fully overhead, pressing the rope up and away.
- Keep your elbows close to your head throughout.
- Lower the rope back behind your head for 3 sets of 12-15 reps.
