How to perform this exercise

  1. Set a cable pulley to the lowest position and attach a rope.
  2. Face away from the machine and hold the rope overhead with both hands.
  3. Extend your arms fully overhead, pressing the rope up and away.
  4. Keep your elbows close to your head throughout.
  5. Lower the rope back behind your head for 3 sets of 12-15 reps.
