How to perform this exercise

  1. Set both cable pulleys to the lowest position and stand between the machines.
  2. Grip a handle in each hand and stand with a slight forward lean.
  3. Raise both arms upward in a wide arc until hands meet in front of your upper chest.
  4. Lower with control for 3 sets of 12-15 reps.
