How to perform this exercise

  1. Attach an ankle cuff to the lowest cable setting.
  2. Strap it to your right ankle and face the machine.
  3. Holding the frame for balance, kick your right leg straight back.
  4. Squeeze the glute at the top of the movement.
  5. Lower and repeat, then switch legs.
