How to perform this exercise
- Set a cable pulley to face height and attach a rope.
- Grip each end of the rope and step back to create tension.
- Pull the rope toward your face while spreading the ends apart, externally rotating your shoulders.
- Elbows should be at shoulder height and flared out at the peak.
- Return slowly to the start for 3-4 sets of 15-20 reps.
