How to perform this exercise

  1. Stand between two cable machines with handles set at shoulder height.
  2. Hold one handle in each hand with arms extended out to the sides.
  3. Bring both hands together in front of your chest in a wide arc.
  4. Slowly return to the starting position for 3 sets of 12-15 reps.
