How to perform this exercise

  1. Stand facing a cable machine with the pulley at the lowest position.
  2. Attach a straight bar or EZ-bar and grip it with an underhand grip.
  3. Keep your elbows pinned at your sides.
  4. Curl the bar upward toward your shoulders, squeezing your biceps at the top.
  5. Lower with control for 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps.
