How to perform this exercise
- Stand facing a cable machine with the pulley at the lowest position.
- Attach a straight bar or EZ-bar and grip it with an underhand grip.
- Keep your elbows pinned at your sides.
- Curl the bar upward toward your shoulders, squeezing your biceps at the top.
- Lower with control for 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps.
