How to perform this exercise

  1. Attach a loading belt around your hips and connect it to the cable or machine attachment.
  2. Stand on the elevated platforms of the belt squat machine.
  3. Squat down by bending your knees and hips, keeping your torso upright.
  4. Lower until your thighs are at least parallel to the floor.
  5. Drive through your heels to press back up.
  6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
