How to perform this exercise
- Attach a loading belt around your hips and connect it to the cable or machine attachment.
- Stand on the elevated platforms of the belt squat machine.
- Squat down by bending your knees and hips, keeping your torso upright.
- Lower until your thighs are at least parallel to the floor.
- Drive through your heels to press back up.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
