How to perform this exercise
- Set a cable pulley to the lowest position and attach a single handle.
- Stand facing the pulley, gripping the handle in one hand.
- Step back and lean slightly away from the machine, creating a stretch in the lat.
- Brace your core and row the handle toward your hip, keeping your elbow close to your body.
- Squeeze the lat at full contraction.
- Slowly return the handle to the starting position with a full arm extension and lat stretch.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions then switch sides.
