How to perform this exercise

  1. Stand facing the anchor, holding both ropes together.
  2. Raise both arms overhead.
  3. Slam both ropes down to the floor as hard as possible.
  4. Hinge slightly at the hips on the downswing.
  5. Immediately raise the ropes overhead for the next rep.
