How to perform this exercise
- Stand holding a barbell in front of your thighs with an overhand grip, hands shoulder-width apart.
- Explosively pull the barbell upward, leading with your elbows flaring out to the sides.
- Pull until your elbows reach shoulder height and the bar is at collarbone level.
- Lower the barbell in a controlled manner back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
