How to perform this exercise

  1. Anchor a resistance band low behind you or stand on it.
  2. Hold the band with both hands behind your head, elbows bent and pointing upward.
  3. Press your hands upward and overhead until your arms are fully extended.
  4. Hold briefly at the top, squeezing the triceps.
  5. Slowly lower back to the starting position.
  6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
