How to perform this exercise
- Anchor a resistance band low behind you or stand on it.
- Hold the band with both hands behind your head, elbows bent and pointing upward.
- Press your hands upward and overhead until your arms are fully extended.
- Hold briefly at the top, squeezing the triceps.
- Slowly lower back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
