How to perform this exercise
- Anchor a resistance band low and loop it around one ankle.
- Lie face-down with your legs extended, the banded ankle away from the anchor.
- Curl the banded leg upward, bringing your heel toward your glutes.
- Squeeze the hamstring at the top.
- Slowly lower back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions then switch sides.
