How to perform this exercise

  1. Anchor a resistance band low and loop it around one ankle.
  2. Lie face-down with your legs extended, the banded ankle away from the anchor.
  3. Curl the banded leg upward, bringing your heel toward your glutes.
  4. Squeeze the hamstring at the top.
  5. Slowly lower back to the starting position.
  6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions then switch sides.
