How to perform this exercise

  1. Anchor a resistance band overhead to a pull-up bar or rack.
  2. Kneel or sit below the anchor point and grip the band with both hands.
  3. Arms should start fully extended overhead.
  4. Pull the band down toward your upper chest by driving your elbows down and back.
  5. Squeeze your lats at the bottom.
  6. Slowly return to the starting position with full arm extension.
  7. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
