How to perform this exercise
- Anchor a resistance band overhead to a pull-up bar or rack.
- Kneel or sit below the anchor point and grip the band with both hands.
- Arms should start fully extended overhead.
- Pull the band down toward your upper chest by driving your elbows down and back.
- Squeeze your lats at the bottom.
- Slowly return to the starting position with full arm extension.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
