How to perform this exercise
- Anchor a resistance band at face height around a sturdy post or rack.
- Grip one end of the band in each hand with an overhand grip.
- Step back until there is tension in the band with arms extended.
- Pull the band toward your face, leading with your elbows flaring outward.
- Pull until your hands are beside your ears and elbows are in line with your shoulders.
- Hold briefly then slowly extend your arms back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
