How to perform this exercise
- Start in a wide push-up position with hands much wider than shoulder-width, fingers pointing outward.
- Lower your chest toward one hand by bending that elbow while keeping the opposite arm straight.
- Push back up to the starting position.
- Repeat on the other side, alternating each rep.
- Keep your body in a straight line throughout the movement.
