How to perform this exercise

  1. Start in a wide push-up position with hands much wider than shoulder-width, fingers pointing outward.
  2. Lower your chest toward one hand by bending that elbow while keeping the opposite arm straight.
  3. Push back up to the starting position.
  4. Repeat on the other side, alternating each rep.
  5. Keep your body in a straight line throughout the movement.
