How to perform this exercise
- Grip a pull-up bar with a wide overhand grip.
- Pull your body toward one hand, bending that elbow while the opposite arm stays mostly straight.
- Pull until your chin passes the bent-arm side of the bar.
- Lower back to the starting position.
- Alternate sides each rep.
- Keep your body controlled throughout.
