How to perform this exercise

  1. Stand with an ab wheel on the floor in front of you.
  2. Hinge forward at the hips and grip the ab wheel handles.
  3. From this standing-hinge start, roll the wheel forward as your body lowers toward the floor.
  4. Keep your core braced and back flat as you extend.
  5. Roll out as far as you can control then pull back to the starting position using your abs and lats.
  6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
