How to perform this exercise
- Stand with an ab wheel on the floor in front of you.
- Hinge forward at the hips and grip the ab wheel handles.
- From this standing-hinge start, roll the wheel forward as your body lowers toward the floor.
- Keep your core braced and back flat as you extend.
- Roll out as far as you can control then pull back to the starting position using your abs and lats.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
